Default Carryall/XRT Front Tires Rubbing Frame

Anybody had this happen? I picked up a 2007 XRT 900 last week and the tires hit the front lower corner bad. Front tread is gone so I need to replace anyway but want to fix this first.

I can trim that back but wasn't sure if my suspension is sitting low.

Tires are stock 22x11-10 and so are wheels to my knowledge.

Do you have any pictures? That should be the stock tire size for that so there shouldnt be any rubbing issues but if the wheels were changed to a different offset, suspension is sagging, etc. It could cause issues like that

I'll grab some later today when I work on it. It seems level, not noticeably low on the front but I'm not sure.

What's the stock wheel for these? 10x7 or 8?

Here are a few, the outside tread is pretty chewed up.

I thought a 20 x 10 x 10 tire was stock on the XRT.

Those look a little bigger than factory to me.

I know on the factory lifted carts there was an extra length of metal added to the steering stops on the spindle arms to keep the wheels from turning all the way and binding. If nothing else you could weld a 3/8 chunk of steel to the steering stops to keep it form turning so far that the tire rubs.

I can check but I thought the manual had 22x11-10. Not sure about these wheels.

The left tire also hits the wiring tray/retainer on the inner fender which makes me think something is off.

I had the same problem with my Carryall when I changed tires and lifted it. The easiest solution I found was Jake's Lift Kits Club Car DS Golf Cart Wheelbase Extension Kit the Jake's kit.

Thanks, I'll check that out. I clearanced the frame a bit but it still seems odd.

Can anyone confirm the wheel width, 7 or 8"?

Well it appears the previous owner put the front wheels on the back and back on the front. Stock are zero offset front which solves my interference with the frame, even though I cut it, and the intake.

I also believe they're 8" wide.
