Re: 95s throttle response instant any adjustments
Nice looking cart, Tom. There is a little black box under the drivers butt.... remove the lid and adjust a bit of slack into the throttle cable where it attaches to the box ..... see if that gets it ......I'm guessing someone adjusted it too tight trying to get a little more go!

Re: 95s throttle response instant any adjustments
Are you saying the motor won't shut off once it starts? There are two micro switches on the same throttle device in the black box where you just adjusted the cable one switch operates a ground circuit which cuts out the ignition system to stop the engine ....

Re: 95s throttle response instant any adjustments
It is NOT OK to put WD40 on electrical switches .... Good ole WD40 is highly flammable Long story / short = I found an old wood planner in a fallen down shed I cleaned it and cleaned it with wd40 and plugged it in..... When I flipped the switch then entire machine poofed into flames
Be careful with that stuff.... and yes you may have too much slack in the cable for the cam to actuate the switch..... |
