info on modified golf carts is very limited here in Australia as not many people modify them & i appreciate any help that i can get

im eventually going to upgrade voltage but just motor for now because all I do is ride around the neighborhood maybe some nascar races/football thats about it but to pull that car I would do both btw that is one bad a** car man you should paint your cart to match it

yes the car is a "Little Bad ***" i am almost finnished with it & almost time to go racing hence the reason why i am now playing with the cart

let me know what motor you go with & how it goes

if i can get away with leaving it 36 volt then i will leave it but if the upgrade is nessacerry then i will do it

all i want is for the cart to be able to pull my car back from the bottom of the track without any stress, i wont be racing the cart or doing anything like that

I pull around 2500lb. trailers with a bone stock 36v ezgo. It works but i would upgrade to 48v if i were you. If you can do the controller, etc then that would be great. You won't have the tongue weight issues that i have, but HD springs for the rear would come in very handy.

thanks for that, i am happy to change whatever is required i just dont want to change things that are not needed to be changed & more importantly i only want to make the change once

as i need to bring most of these parts into Australia from the US i dont want to bring something in & it turns out not suitable for my application

well when I get the motor ill put my dads corvette in neuteral and pull it around the yard for a test but he would probably disown me
