the front golf car axles are not perfect and they might have slightly differences side to side, they are designed for wide flat 18 inches tires and 12mph, consider that.
When we lift carts this small differences are exponentially increased.
My thought is that 20lbs on tires sounds high, most of these tires are designed to work on 7 to 10lbs that's why they feature security lock bead, for golf cars on lifted carts I use 10 on front tires, 15 on rear but sometimes visually they look different, so use your common sense watching the tires look even. Also the brakes and springs are something to check, most of ezgo's tends to be unbalanced on the driver's side because of weight, flipping front springs and adding heavy duty ones on the back would help to stability
