If you adjust the idle when your cart is in Service/Maintenence mode,
and get it so the belt, and driven clutch BARELY move you should be set!

There shouldn't be that much premature wear on the belt!
(just don't let it sit and idle for 15 minutes at a time! if you do... you'll have other problems to contend with!)

On the carb diagram... What is #12... Like what funtion does it serve.. I broke 1/2 the head off... and its still leaking.. lol...

It's the carb bowl "drain plug"... your going to need a new (or used) one!

hopefully its just the bowl screw that has a gasket on it, and you did not crack the carb housing that the screw goes in to either.

i had a similar not idle low enough i found that when i adjusted my accelerator cable this took care of that but can some explain how to set up for key start ?

Huh... a somewhat old thread that came back to life!

I posted it in the "slow to start" thread, you must have missed it!
It's not exactly "Key start", but it worked great for me!
