Default Need Help Please!!! Carb jet size

Alright guys down to the last step before the new motor is ready to go in and still havent figured out a definite answer to what size jet a 350 carb has. I have this one apart and it looks to be either a 90 could possibly be an 80 though does either of these jets sound correct. If someone could verify this for me I would greatly appreciate it, I have searched high and low and the only answer I have found is that somebody thought it was a 90 in which case would be what I have but I am almost positive this carb came off a 295 which is why I dont think it is right.

The service manual for my cart says the 295 comes with an 80 stock, and the 350 comes with an 85. Don't know if that's what you need for your setup though.

Depends on the altitude.

I have seen a #90 and #92 come out of a 350 and either will work in the 350 carb.. If you are using the 295/350 setup you will probably need the larger of the two jets.

Well the elevation here looks to be around 500-600ft above sea level can anyone tell me what jet would go in a stock 350 at that altitude?

Also where can I find jets for this carb, I have all kinds of jets for holley carbs but dont have a clue where to find them for this thing!

Blue, I'm not sure of the stock size per the altitude. I can tell you if you have a #80, it won't work properly in the 350. Sorry I can't be more help.

Hello Blue,

You can get your jets in a shop for gardenmachinery like lawnmowers.
Your carb is a Keihin or Mikuni also to be found on Honda GX, Robin, B&S etc.
As far as i know are there two different ones of each.
On my Mikuni / Jet is the size at the crown of the jet. (122.5 to 130 on my engine)
Another place could be in a racekartshop with B&S engines.

Trust me I know that all to well! I am already in to this new motor for $7-800!!! I could rebuild a small block chevy for less than this crazy little motor!
