Default Lift kit pro's and con's

I want to raise my '95 Medalist a little so I can use larger than stock tires. I'm thinking of something in the 3" range. Would like to use 20 or 22" tires.
This cart will not be used for serious off roading, just hauling the grandkids around the back 40 and the occasional round of sporting clays. I see several different brands and styles. Some have replacement front axles and some use different spindles.

I'm looking for input as to which I should consider. Any and all advice is appreciated.
Thanks,
Wayne

A 4" Jakes spindle lift kit is the most economical and easiest to install to suit your needs. 22 tires will fit.

I agree 100% with scottyb a jakes 4'' spindle lift will do fine for you thats what i have on my cart and i am running 22's and i never rub on the medalist you might even be able to go with even a taller tire.

Purely out of curiousity why would a spindle kit be better than the replacement axle?

Thanks, I'll check it out. I'm kind of on a budget. Is there any reason I can't use the stock tires & rims temporarily?
