Club Car cuts off when going over speed bumps

Yes, I disconnected the harness from the alltrax controller and reconnected it. Problem has been corrected.

Spoke too soon, it was working great until today, drove it down the road no issues then went off road a bit and I hit a bump and it cut out. Tested it in forward and reverse on speed bump in front of house. Everytime it cuts off completely until I release the throttle. Picks up immediately after no issues until a bump

Sorry the problem returned. It sure does sound like a loose connection at any of the point I mentioned earlier in post #2.

Check the controller plug and all solenoid connections.

One thing to look for it the sonic weld, a multi point splice in the wire harness off the key switch, blue wire that goes to the footswitch, solenoid and terminal 10 on the controller plug.

These are notorious for corroded connections. If you have the IQ harness, still look for that connection in it.

Yeah it seemed like a connection issue to me too. I first reconnected the wire harness to the alltrax I initially thought the problem was, while doing so I realized that the big cluster of wires going to the alltrax the OBC and the solenoid were very strained. I zip tied them in a way that would give them room to move and problem appears to be corrected. I am not sure exactly which wire(s) are disconnecting but this seems to have fixed it. I had my niece do extensive testing on the bumpiest trails she could find. Now to figure out whats wrong with her yamaha cart.
