Default Need help quick!

2009 ex go 36volt
Alltrax 500 amp controller
New battery wire all around

Cart worked fine this morning. She has never liked the cold. She bucks and jumps until she hits a certain speed then she smooths out.
Used the cart for a little while this morning, parked it for about 30 minutes. Went to use it again and she won't move. When I turn it on the "battery life indicator" lights up. She makes the usual clicking sound as if she was about to move, but she doesn't move. The green light on the controller lights up, flashes a few times and then stays lit up. All this is normal.
I have checked every connection they seem fine, she's at 3/4 charge. Water in betteries is fine. I'm at a loss. Please help!

New information: it works in reverse for about 10 ft then stops. When it stops, if I wait until I hear a click sound it will go another 10 and stop again. This is not true for forward direction.

Have you moved F/R switch around to see if that helps.

Nothing on the wiggling of switch. Tried wiggling while pedal was depressed and nothing happened.

Is this your 2009 PDS with a DCX500 controller?

Does the solenoid click when the pedal is pushed?

Flip the seat up and listen. Its a much more solid click than the pedal switch.

The solenoid is definitely clicking, now it's doing something really weird. When I went out to check the solenoid to make sure it's working I depressed to pedal and it started lurching. They were short quick lurches but it never moved forward. I have no idea what's going on.
