We are running these carts on some rugged rocky terrain and I am sure the 25" tires do not help.

I would guess your bottoming out quite a bit. Have you considered a long travel rear end kit, or even some (you may already have these) HD springs? My guess is you have already ran the gamete of "what to do" but I'm just asking.

Have an AllSports long travel on the front and HD springs on the back. Next step will be a heavy duty rearend by Renegade 4WD Plus and lithium batteries to lighten the load.

Yeah....I'm with you on the lithium upgrade. I figure another 2 years when my current T-105's should die, the lithium's should be well mainstream and I look to switch to them. Lighten the load and then plan my trip from Pa. to California.....and on just one charge!
