@usgicollector what's the max voltage of the curtis 1206. 48v? does it have the ability to be programed for 72v?

Re: I need bob boyce to program my controller.
The EZGO RXV's 1206AC-52__ can only handle 48v. There isn't a 72v controller for the RXV's.

Re: I need bob boyce to program my controller.
I had Bob reprogram my RXV last year in South Carolina. All I can say is that he is awesome, and with small tires and older lead acid batteries, he made my cart run 32mph. He said then that my Solenoid was getting hot and going bad and needed replacement. My RXV has 4 12v batteries but he said my solenoid was the 36v and not a 48v solenoid, so when he programmed it, it was set up as a 36v solenoid in his programming. If I install a 48v solenoid, will it work, or do I need Bob to reprogram my controller again to use a 48v solenoid? I have purchased the SW200 solenoid, along with the 36v and 48v resistors and diodes, but I need to know which ones to install. If I need my controller reprogrammed again for the new solenoid, I would like to get added to the tour list again please.

Re: I need bob boyce to program my controller.
If you had the 36 volt before and Bob left it there you need to use the 36 volt. Just means the coil voltage parameter is set to 75%.. It can be set to 100% to use a 48 volt but not needed.
