Not sure if it's the same buzzing your mentioning but when my cart is pushed by hand it buzzes indicating the regen brake rollaway feature is activated. Unless your talking of a different buzz sound.

Is the tow switch in tow or run when the buzzing sound occurs? If in tow it should spin pretty freely, if in run then regen breaking is taking place and the motor is acting as a generator and may actually buzz.

I canít comment on the wheel spinning as Iím not sure about the answer.

Good point, I should have mentioned that my cart is in "run" mode when I push it and get the buzzing alert sound. I can also feel the regen braking try to stop or slow the cart when I do so.

One wheel spinning is indeed normal. That is how differentials work. Makes for better turning.
