You can go to CC website with your car's serial number and download a manual from there . . .

Steve,,.. Thanks for the info. The owners manual is good to have but what I am looking for is instructions for disassembly of the entire cart. I need to take things off so I can get the body down to the point I can paint it,..and I need to drill new holes in the rear posts that support the top. I want to move my sand bottles up there so I can mount the ball washer on the side.

I was at the Club Car dealer today, picking up a used 12 volt battery. While talking to their chief Tech I asked him about the Speed Conrol issue. He indicated that the earlier version of the Club Cars had the speed settings of "0 to 10" increasing the speed,..ie,.. 10 would be the fasted speed setting in the #3 group. However he said that in the 2008 and later models this was reversed and that now the "0" setting gives the highest speed. So they agreed to come to my home next Friday and change the setting on my cart, since my local tech guy still believes I am wrong and won't return calls. Once I get it done, we will have the answer.

He's wrong. SPEED CAL 10 has always been the slowest, whether it be IQ, EXCEL, IQPLUS or whatever.... he's feeding you a line of bull.

TahoeDawg,...Thank you very much,...I was hoping you would either confirm and reject those ideas. Now I know for sure. Great. However, I still can't get my local Cart Tech to come back and set it at "0",... so I'm paying the Club Car Dealer who is 100 miles away to come to my home and set it correctly.

By the way,... If you know where I can get a piece of paper to print out, published by Club Car, that shows those settings I would greatly appreciate it. He might believe that.

Maybe you should apply those $$$ towards a new motor, such as that purple looking one I keep hearing about?
