Last one! What a PITA. I leaked diff fluid all over, but managed to media blast and paint the diff cover. Installed stainless steel bolts, but they didn't have the kind with built in washers, so I installed flat washers.......

Steering brakes and suspension are complete! Yay! The cart is now on all fours again. The repairs included, 4 new shocks, 3 new tierod ends lube job, new shok bushes all around, new brakes on the rear, new brake hubs and serviced the diff. Here is a shot of my pack voltage. Do you guys think this is why it wont run? Actually, these batteries have been non functional for the last 5 years according to the previous owner, lol I am waiting until the last minute to but batts, so they don't sit around all winter.......

Well, I had a good day on the beast today. I put in a new solenoid and what a PITA it was. I had to turn the controller upside down to get the new cables I put in to reach out of the environmental box. That sounds easy, but just try it someday. In fact, I notice that the cart wont move now that I have turned it upside down. I will have to look at that tomorrow. I worked all day on putting in a new ignition switch, a new f&r, a new solenoid and new 4g wires. Geez! Here is a poor pic of my ignition switch and my new F&R. This dash is going away with the new body, so it is temperory.
