Is it a lithium model?
Does it have a VCM installed (vehicle control module, separate from the motor controller) ?

Honestly don't know what a VCM is, does or looks like. Not trying to be difficult but really don't know answer to this question. How do I tell/know if VCM?

I bought this cart new from the local Club Car dealer, it was stock and has no modifications since purchase. The selling pamphlet indicates AC Motor.

If it's AC motor, it has a VCM and 1532 motor controller. You'll need to buy speed codes (19.2mph) from clubcar unique to your serial number. These gets entered using the CCDT tool. Dealership can help you out.
