Anyone good with taylor-Dunn B-12 carts
I have a Taylor-Dunn B-12, 36 Volt cart with some serious electrical issues. When you turn the headlight switch on the state of charge meter flickers from charged to zero but the lights do not come on. When you press the horn button, same thing. The strobe light and wiper work fine. When I disconnect the power harness from the control harness here is what I get. Using the DMM I get continuity from pin 1 red main, to pin 4 white to 20 amp CB, pin 9 blue to horn, pin 13 green to 20 amp CB, pin 14 red to ISO solenoid, pin 15 green to 12v ground and pin 16 white to 20 amp CB. I installed a new harness and had the same result. When I disconnect the green 12v ground wire, I get continuity from 1 to 14 and no others. Any help? Thanks.
