2002 Club Car DS - Light Install
I am going to put the cut out lights in my DS. I have put them in a EZGO before and the body, due to being a thinner material, was easy to cut. When I did the TXT I used my jig saw and it worked great.
My question, should I use a jig saw again, or with the body being thicker could it crack from the vibration? |

It's almost impossible to crack the plastic bodies on these. Use a good sharp blade and it'll cut like butter.
