Default Help with a No Start issue!!!!!

Hello,
I need help with my 99 clubcar DS gas.
Fe290. I was given the cart so all I know is it ran about 2 years ago.
It cranks strong. Its getting a spark. Its getting gas because Im getting an ignition flash in the carb that I can hear and see out of the air box inlet when i remove it. I have replaced both belts, carb, spark plug, fuel filter, and fuel lines.
The gas is fresh. Could it be a timing issue? And if so what should I check next?
I need some help. The engine just cranks, makes an ignition sound in the carb and never starts.
Thanks! Brian

disconnect the spark plug and wire. Hold the spark plug against a bolt on the valve cover. Tell us what color the spark is. White? Blue? Yellow?
