09 rxv clicking noise
I just bought a 2009 ezgo rxv and really like the cart and the power of the kawasaki engine but ive noticed something I'm not sure is normal. When you are cruising along and let off the gas it makes a fast like clicking noise as your coasting. Not sure if it's the engine still spinning and not com busting or what. Is this a normal sound? THANKS

I had something similar to this and it turned out to be the brushes in the starter/gen. Pulled it apart and beveled the edges of the brushes. If you take the belt off and spin it by hand you can hear the noise if it's the same as mine.
