Oh, one other thing to keep in mind. In most of the civilized world motors turn counter clockwise. After 1996, club car decided it would be fun to rotate clockwise. Keep this in mind when buying drive line parts.

Well we've made some progress. I removed the transaxle and cracked it open tonight. Here are some pictures...
http://picasaweb.google.com/shampson...eat=directlink Two of the bearings are rusted and locked up, and the entire "Synchronizer Gear Assembly" has quite a bit of play. Does anyone know of some good sites where I could order some individual parts for this assembly? |
