Too bad, that thing was looking pretty nice. You werent kidding when you said "total loss", you'd be hard pressed to find a single bolt on that thing that's reusable.

Sad part is it started out as a green with white top 36v. Almost everything was replaced and repainted. Ended up as a 48v that would go 28 mph on flat surface.

Sucks. Do you have any pics of the under seat/batts area before the cookout? Might give some clues as to what was wrong so it doesn't happen again.

Thank you for the suggestion to get an RXV. Today I picked up a 2017 EZGO RXV. So much more torque stock than the 36v TXT I started out with.
Now the build starts! LOL Wheels tire. paint and some performance upgrades!
