EZGO Series motor issue?
Having intermittent issues with my 36v Ezgo Series cart. Sometimes when i get on cart it will barley start moving and will pick up speed from there. Sometimes it will run(not full speed) and thats it. Stometimes it will run like normal...slow with little pedal and increasing as pedal is pressed until at top speed. On inclines or trying to get cart into my toyhauler it will not climb....and i have to get a running start to make the incline change. Yesterday i removed the rear wheels to check brakes out. While on jack stands the motor would not engage at all. All connections checked. 38+ volts after charge. Replaced the Inductive throttle sensor(had an extra one)...still nothing. Decided to lightly tap on motor and it started working. Let it sit a few minutes and it would not run again....tapped again and it started again....let sit an hour and the same....
I did before removing the wheels had a shudder when depressing the throttle pedal which is why I was looking at brakes thinking one was hung up. Any suggestions.... Todd |

Re: EZGO Series motor issue?
Motor might need servicing.
