Taylor Dunn onboard charger issue
My Taylor Dunn cart (unsure of model but seats 4) has an onboard Lester charger. Recently, when plugging it in i hear the charger click, but the charger doesn't turn on. Thoughts? Thx

So an update.. Since the onboard charger is not working, I have been charging the batteries with a 6v charger. After waiting 24 hrs, the pack was at 37.6 volts. Several hours later, the cart had slipped to 35.8. The pack is under a year old, so I'm curious if anyone has input on this issue. Thx
