does anyone have a original ICON settings file? I have modified mine so much, and the batteries are dying so quickly. I want to go back to basic 25mph and see if I can extend battery life and then go from there.

Thanks.

Unfortunately this varies greatly by cart. I am not sure anyone has nailed down a pattern for versions per cart. I think your best bet is to match the firmware version with someone then get any 'factory' file.

I am not sure you will ever get your particular original settings again.

is your Icon Controller still set on Simple Mode on 06.02.01? Do you feel this give you the best throttle control while cruising? Thanks

Need to see screen #1 with all your version numbers.
Need to also know tire size, 4k/5k motor, 350/450A controller, gear ratio.
You can PM me this stuff along with an email address.

Hello - new to the forum. Have a I60L that maximum speed is 25. Is there a certified mechanic in the Bradenton, FL area or do I need to go to a dealer. Appreciate the help. Thanks in advance

I'm an "old timer", with my 2020 I40. I was told by a former technician that speedometer calibration is not done (back then) by the NEOS control settings. Icon's digital instrument panel had separate software program that was used by the manufacture to make adjustments. I personally have raised and lowered my NEOS setting (#32 rpm to km/h) from it's factory setting of 6.60 to it's min of 0.04 and up to it's max of 30.06. At no point was any change in the accuracy of the GPS vs speedometer noticed. Hope this helps. Please let me know if I was wrong. Thanks everybody

I had there same issue. Put in my exact tire diameter (measured not what the tire is supposed to be) and it fixed it 100%

I have a few ideas but wondering if anyone tried this one already:

In the "C:\ICONLive\Data" folder (you may have not used the default installation location) there are a few pwd protected Excel files with a name similar to "TFW-P0100_VarTable.xls". I am wondering if these are holding the max value settings for the software. If we can crack into these files, it would be telling. they are being read from somehwere.

Is someone able to get into these files?
Did you ever get access to this file? I have the password, but I haven't been able to make any progress with getting passed the 6600 rpm limit. There are a ton of parameters in the file, but I have no idea what most of them do so I haven't played with it much.

Changing that setting will make the monitor function of the neos software more accurate...
