Yes the choke cable is too short. I'm going to move it down and put a power port for a spot light in the old hole.......Thinks guys this is a fun project

Today I hooked the throttle cable directly to the carb. on a short run it ran 26mph GPS.

What should I do with the governor on the differential should I put a spring on it or just let it float around??

I installed this today. Holy cow it has so much torque. Before it would hardly make it up the ramps to my trailer now it will go almost straight up it seems. This is the best money spent so far.
