throttle position sensor reading OL
troubleshooting my G19 and I am getting a momentary "OL "reading at the very beginning of pedal movement on the orange & black wires. Is any "OL" reading pretty much conclusive for a bad sensor? Is there anyway to bypas the sensor for testing? Thanks

Re: throttle position sensor reading OL
No way to easily/safely bypass it, and yes it sounds like it's bad. Assuming your meter was on the 0-20k ohm setting, not 0-2k setting.

Re: throttle position sensor reading OL
I only have the digital meter and it only has the auto scale. I will see if i can barrow an anolog meter. But while I was working on this problem, found the A1 wire luge was melted off the motor stud. The cable remained close to the stud , thats why i didnt see it initially. But i am embarresed that i started all this troubleshooting for nothing. I ran my old 4g cable to test the cart and it works. But now i see i have some other issues. I am starting a new thread to get some help. Thanks
