87 Club Car Carry all IDLE ISSUE
I have an 87 Club Car with a Honda Motor, just started it up today for the first time in a year or so, it started up ok but the idle goes straight to high RPM, is there a diagram some where for the springs and Govener, I'm thinking a spring or something broke. it was running ok at first then it went to high RPM.

This is a modified golf cart. How are we supposed to present a diagram Trace and check out all of your linkage to see why it is not idling down

Re: 87 Club Car Carry all IDLE ISSUE
After working on it a few hours yesterday I think the problem is a return spring for the butterfly must have broke and flew off at some point. I was thinking there was a standard for the springs on the honda EX350, Sorry.
