I would like to do all of that also but I have already put a lot into it this winter so the budget is a little tight. I sent tom at cpp an email and he thinks it might be the driven so maybe I will just send that in and get it machined for now. Here are couple pictures of my drive clutch. It is not a smooth cone shape it looks like the outside is wore down more so there is a bulge in the inside. Is this normal?

Nobody knows if the clutch looks normal? I am running 22" tires and only getting 14-15 mph. That seems kind of slow. When I am running it in maintenance mode it seems to be running very close to where the rev limiter kicks in because if I punch it down hard the rev will kick in. Does anyone know what rpm the limiter kicks in? I have a tach ordered and would like to check this.

The sheeve on the drive clutch in your pictures does show it's been well used, I've been searching through a pile of used ones that mostly look the same way. One thing that seems odd is the sheeve on the opposite side doesn't appear to have the matching wear pattern, the ones I've looked at appear equally worn on both ramps, I wonder if that half had been replaced in the past.

Its poosible it has been replaced but I think it is because the fixed side is made of steel and the moveable side is aluminum.

One thing is sure Tom at CPP will help you with good advice. He will tell you the best things to do with the money you have to spend.
