I would go with club car, for a few reasons because of there alot more dealers around more popular, parts are cheap and since you are it will be used on the beach you can get a cheap lift kit for around 199.99 usd for about 6-8 inch lift and tires are not that expensive so good luck on your choose. EDIT: Also check your local craiglist ads for customized golf carts you might get something you might not i know in my area there are about 5-6 post for customized golf carts
