EZGo Workhorse Will Not Move

2003 Workhorse 800E LX, grandson was driving, hit some bumps, also said he was pressing brake and accelerator at same time, when it stopped and won't move. Has new batteries, when you press accelerator, it clicks at the solenoid, but doesn't move in F or R. Connections seem to all be good. Grandson says he heard two noises that sounded like when you have the brake pedal locked and let it up. Not really sure, all we have is his version to go on.

If F&R switch on dash, look at controller label near wire connections. It has 2 indicator lights inside of 2 small oval holes. While attempting to operate cart, watch for indicator light flashes & count them (eg: 1 red, 2 yellow, ect.). They may be error codes for us to decode.

Thanks for your prompt reply! Actually, the F/R control is on the front of the seat down near the floor. A handle that you turn.
