And added new six 8v batteries. And went to test it late last night and only got the green light flash 3 times then solid green and orange at full throttle. So I'm stuck. HELP😕😢

If this is an EZGO cart, shouldn't the LED flash green either once (0-5K throttle) or four times (ITS throttle) before going to steady green?

I don't see 3 green flashes listed in the throttle types for a NPX (NPX4844 was given as the controller model in earlier post). On the other hand, 3 green flashes is for a 0-5 Volt throttle with an AXE controller.

Wrong throttle shouldn't keep the contactors from working, but it might keep the cart from moving.

Sorry for making the comment about the 3 flashing I really didn't count them I just seen it flashing. And then solid green at half throttle and orange at full throttle.

It was four flashes I counted them. It is set for the ITS which it has in the pedal box up front. Thanks for catching that though!

Wired it up like scottyb's digram and now when u turn the key on the green light on the controller flashes 4 time and turns solid green and then turns orange with out the peddle pushed now I don't know what to do. We have tried jumping the solenoid and it still doesn't do anything. Guess I'm going to have to take it to a real cart shop and hope I don't have to pay an arm and a leg and my first born child

Orange LED indicates full throttle check that the controller is set to Ezgo ITS and the small wires are on the correct posts

If full throttle at pedal up the cart should NOT move as part of a safety feature.
