Default 48 volt chargher won't come on.

I have a 2011 48 volt TXT and when I plug the charger in nothing happens. I have tried 3 different chargers and nothing. Thanks for any help.

Make sure you are getting power where you are plugging in the charger and if so your batteries are likely too low to activate the charger.Check the battery pack voltage as I think it has to be around 35-36V to activate the charger.

It has47.5 volts in the battery pack. I will check power to the blue wire.
