Should I get an Electric EZGO?
Ok.. a cart just popped up near me for 250 bucks. It looks to be in decent shape..but the seller says it needs batteries and cables. Is this worth a a go for a quick flip? How much could I sell it for? It is a 1989 EZGO. It has a windshield and top. I figure for 250 I could use some of the body parts on my gas project and anything else that crosses over.

Quick flip? Doubt it. By the time you invest in new batteries and cables, you'll be lucky to break even on it. Rollers are for do-it-yourselfers. I'd personally rather buy and break in new batteries myself than hope that someone else did it correctly.

After inspecting it ... it looks like the frame is toast...but it has a bunch of body parts I need to fix my gas cart..plus the top kit with a windshield. So I picked it up anyway. Also came with a charger I can sell.
