rotating tires
do i rotate from back left to right front and vice versa? I know thats how it was with autos before radials. These are just street tires, no radials.

The only difference would be if they have directional tread. Then you got to keep them on the same side unless your going to dismount them.
I'm courious, are you getting uneven ware? |

Yep if there directional tires go back to front same side. If not swap the corners diagonally and next time go front to back then diagonally the next time
