Sounds like a sick NPX controller.
Call Alltrax, they may have some test to do that will verify one way or the other. |

Okay, this carts motor has been replaced with a amd high torque 8 hp motor and i have npx4844ez r7 controller 400 amps stock solenoid and the green led light doesnt come on. can you tell me if this is the right controller for a high torque motor. the cart was running with this set up dont know how long but isnt running now. and if it is the wrong controller what type should i be using.

You won't get optimal performance from a high-torque motor with a NPX400 controller, but it will run.
The stock solenoid is too small for a MPX400 controller as well as being too small for a high-torque motor, but it should run. The LED not coming on is the main problem at the moment. Unless you power-up the controller (LED illuminating), the cart isn't going to move. Use the schematic Scotty attached to Post#3 and trace the highlighted voltage paths. |
