EZGO four TXT 2007 36 volt
Greetings,
Need some help Please, Driving on campground cart stops, motor spins (NO MOVEMENT), batteries charged, removed motor and input shaft spins freely (will not turn tires) no resistance, no grinding, no noise. Would venture to guess input shaft broke??? any ideas would be appreciated?? How can I inspect further?? Do I need to take it to shop?? Just purchased this cart the label up front says ego FOUR, 2 seats facing forward and an aluminum body, looks like it was cut and stretched (love the way it looks) can not find it anywhere. but the serial number decodes as a ego txt 2007 36 volt. |

Stripped hubs would be my first guess starting point to look at. They are the weakest area in the ezgo drivetrain

He said no grinding sound. Help him by giving him the symptoms, and how to troubleshoot.
