Check the voltage on the smaller of the three wires coming out of the backside of the charge receptacle.

If it isn't 38.6V (or whatever the pack voltage is at the time), bypass the reed switch.

right where the arrow is at in the pic I disconnected them. touching the red wire I have 18 volts. so I should make a piggy back wire to that screw inside the charger connection? And just let the white wire hang disconnected?

Yes and No.

Yes, connect the red wire as shown in picture.

No, do not put an insulating sleeve on both radsoks. The one with the black wire attached has to be left bare, that is where the auxiliary contact in the charger's plug touches to pick up battery pack voltage to turn on charger.

ok Johnnie, the cart runs!!!! Now the only problem is the beeper is on. When I push the gas it goes off. When I put it in neutral it comes back on until I put it in forward and push the gas pedal. Even when I shut it off the beeper still stays on. I hope this is the last of it! Thank you so much for helping me!!!!

Can someone share the battery wiring for a similar EZ-GO electric 36V cart? I just got 6 new batteries and didn't take a photo of the array before I removed the old ones. Need to be sure I don't fry anything when I hook them back up. Thanks.
