The only thing I would do is get bigger tires. Mine went from 19 mph to 23 mph just changing to bigger tires. No lift or anything else.

225/40-14 tires will get you to 23-24mph, at least it will on my 2012. No lift or anything else required other than some trimming of the rear plastic bumper inside the wheel well.

The guy is selling a conversion kit. The controller alone will work on a 2012.5 and newer, but the conversion kit is supposed to come with everything you need to use it on an older RXV with the Danaher harness.
