Default Slow RXV

My wife has an 09 rxv that seems to be half as fast as it use to be. I put a new rear end, cleaned the cable ends, cleaned the batteries, and the batteries test out great. There are 6 one year old 8 volt batteries. After I put the rear in I took it for a ride and the rear and break were cool. Any idea what it colud be?
Thanks Bob

"seems to be" half as fast...... did you confirm this with a speedometer or gps?

What is your total battery pack voltage?

Did not check the speed with a device, But I tell you the thing use to be quick.
The batteries were well over 48. Hydroed or what ever you call it the batteries also and that was good.
Thanks Bob

Search this site for rxv danaher troubleshooting guide. Start checking everything in there that you can check with a digital volt meter. But follow the directions carefully, or you can kill the controller.
