2003 TXT PDS reverse switch issue #2

Had one issue earlier with this and now another. Twice I go to move just off the charger and it doesn't move forward or reverse. I can hear the solenoid clicking but no go.
I flick the switch back and forth a whole bunch of times, look at the connections on the solenoid, wiggle them and flick tow switch on and off. All of this combo and it will then go like nothing was ever wrong. F/R switch is less than a year old (was doesn't mean it still can't be bad) and has new batteries and all connections appear to be tight.
F/R switch, solenoid or foot pedal?

The voltage hot off the charger can exceed the controller maximum allowable voltage if the charge has not completed... In this case just wait a few minutes and the voltage will drop to allowable levels and the cart will go

OK cool! That sure sounds like what is happening as I unplug it and then try to move. In the meantime I have some lights on which would help drop the voltage.

My industrial did this to me last week and after a attempts a light bulb came on. I walked away and came back 10 minutes later - sure enough
