Regardless of what cart you have, your should really learn aboit batteries. It's very clear that you were taken for a ride by the jerk who sold you them. I would suggest you brush up on you battery knowledge and never buy batteries from that guy again. Furthermore, any advice you take from someone whose making money off the advice they give you should be taken lightly.

Have you checked the electrolyte level...if it's down then you will lose capacity
