'04 36 volt problem with acceleration
We have an issue with a cart. 36v full charge, when trying to go forward it will only run 7 mph. If you go in reverse first and switch F/R switch quickly once solenoid clicks from R to F it will then run 17 mph.
We replaced igniting switch and solenoid. Tried a new controller, speed sensor and ITS. None of these worked. Will a F/R switch cause this problem? Any ideas? |

Yeah it sounds like your last place to deal with so that should be the issue

Lol yeah it's not ideal, but if you already had the parts handy for example, then it's ok. Us mechanics don't like to be "parts changers" that's why we typically rely on testing/diagnosing with a meter before we go changing stuff out. Sometimes though I know I'm guilty of being a parts changer

Wrench for a living and hate a parts changer! Electric cart is on my last nerve. Checked all voltages have resulted in me being a parts changer.
