What is the best way to clean all the other electrical parts other than the battery?

Basically anywhere a wire lands on a post. It's an older cart and has a lot of dirt.

Yeah.....as Swan said contact cleaner. When I've cleaned up wire contacts I use a small (toothbrush size) bronze brush sold by Outdoor shooting\hunting stores.
