Help wiring 48v to 12v for lights head and tail lights
Please if anyone can show the simplest way to wire 12v lights on 48v ez go txt golf cart. With or without a voltage reduced

If you're going without a reducer, then get a separate 12v battery. It is not recommended to power the accessories from a couple of the pack batteries.
For people to help you with the wiring, you're going to need to choose one of the above options. Also, you have to decide how you are controlling your accessories. With the key? Separate switches? Do you want to be able to turn them on when the cart is off? One more thing: if you go with a reducer, keep in mind that not all of them have a " trigger wire" to turn them on and off. You can make it work either way, but the trigger wire is beneficial. Check out cartsunlimited, excellent products and outstanding customer service. |
