Ok, important update!

Changed the battery cable and corrected where I was taking measurements (on battery number 5 instead of battery number 6):

Full pack: 36.3 V

With cart on, forward, pedal depressed:
Solenoid reads:
0.8 at both small terminals
0.8 at B+ terminal and 36.3 at battery side (B-) of terminal

Controller/J1 pins read as follows when grounded at the battery (number 5 in the pack):
1,2,3,4, and 5 all measure 0.7 V
6, 7, 8, 9, 10 all measure 0.8 V

Pedal box/J4 pins read as follows:
0.8 at all pins except for 0.0 at black (#3) wire, black wire also measures 0.0 in the floorboard. Pedal switch wires in the floor board measure 0.8 for the red and green.

In the logic supply pins (J3):
pins 1 and 3 measure 0.8 and pins 2 and 4 measure 0.2

When we bypass the solenoid the buzzer works but cart does not move.

Please let me know if this sheds any light, thank you.

Ive been advised in another paid forum that it is likely the controller. My concern is that we replace it and then fry it again, like we've seen so many times on here.
