2002 48 Volt EZGO

I have a 2002 48Volt EZGO with the high speed kit. It does 29mph. Recently it came up with an error code 37. The solenoid clicks but the cart does not move. If you mess around long enough it will eventually work normally. #1 what is error code 37? #2 any thoughts on how to fix? Thanks!!!

We need more info. Just what is this thing? A factory 48v job (they were special vehicles, like limos & big service carts). A total custom job? What Controller is in it? (Like real info, controller model number, motor info, not "it's 48v"). We can totally help, if we only knew what it is.
