Default Controller Cover Pins

I've looked around for a set of pins/rivets that secure the controller cover on my 2013 RXV. Anyone know a source or the proper name of these things? They are the type you press the pin down with the key to release.

Thank you. Actually, that was helpful. In my hunt I found the part number: 610487, but it isn't stocked by EZGO parts. They told me to see a dealer and ask them to order. Now that was unhelpful! From whom will the dealer order them from???

Hey there Dan

Sorry I didn't even think about it. I had a package of new fasteners in the trunk of my car. I didn't even think about it. Thomas has packages of those at his shop in Biscoe. He does automotive paint and body, custom car builds, ect. So he has a large assortment of interior and exterior fasteners.

No problem, Bob. I'm just tighten things up a bit. Please send me Thomas' contact info. I'll swing by his shop or pick them up at NAPA.

I sent you a PM with his phone number. Call him early today, because he's planning on getting on the road to my place around noon or so. I dropped the original tractor tires/wheels and the new tires/inner tubes off yesterday to be changed. They'll be ready some time later for me to pick up. He's gonna help me get them back onto my TLB. He's bringing my car back to me and picking up his truck. I miss my car, I spent $200 in fuel driving his truck around for a week. LOL

I suggets replacing the push pin fasteners with "christmas tree" fasteners. Much easier to get in and out without damage and loss of the push pin.

Bob

I was on the golf course today so I missed calling Thomas. I have Christmas tree fasteners so I'll just use those. Thanks for the tip!
