Controller Cover Pins
I've looked around for a set of pins/rivets that secure the controller cover on my 2013 RXV. Anyone know a source or the proper name of these things? They are the type you press the pin down with the key to release.

Re: Controller Cover Pins
Thank you. Actually, that was helpful. In my hunt I found the part number: 610487, but it isn't stocked by EZGO parts. They told me to see a dealer and ask them to order. Now that was unhelpful! From whom will the dealer order them from???

Re: Controller Cover Pins
Hey there Dan
Sorry I didn't even think about it. I had a package of new fasteners in the trunk of my car. I didn't even think about it. Thomas has packages of those at his shop in Biscoe. He does automotive paint and body, custom car builds, ect. So he has a large assortment of interior and exterior fasteners. |

Re: Controller Cover Pins
No problem, Bob. I'm just tighten things up a bit. Please send me Thomas' contact info. I'll swing by his shop or pick them up at NAPA.

I suggets replacing the push pin fasteners with "christmas tree" fasteners. Much easier to get in and out without damage and loss of the push pin. Bob |

Re: Controller Cover Pins
I was on the golf course today so I missed calling Thomas. I have Christmas tree fasteners so I'll just use those. Thanks for the tip!
