Default Troubleshooting Alltrax Controller on DS Series Cart

First time with an Alltrax. Cart is 97 DS with series motor. Motor terminal burned off, replaced motor. Still no go.

50v in pack
Solenoid clicks
50v output from Solenoid
50 v on A1, A2, S1, S2
Jump s2 to battery negative, motor turns

I am guessing bad controller or no go signal to controller?

What is easiest way to check control inputs to controller and what am looking for on those inputs?

Ok, checked further. Small red wire to controller has 50v on it. Green and yellow wire to controller are reading 5.5 ohms before pedal. When pedal is pushed Ohms drop to 2.2. I also notice several steps in between.

I am not familiar with Alltrax, is there anything else I need to check? Otherwise, Can someone please confirm what I am afraid I do not want to hear. ..

Check the F&R switch real good for melting. Take it off and make sure you closely inspect both sides.

Ok, messed around a bit with F/R switch. Now I am getting LED codes:

7 Green followed by 1 red

It says 7 green means it is configured for 3 wire throttle. 1 red means over reading in throttle input, check for open wires.

My controller has red power wire and yellow and green on the small connectors. Seems like that would be TWO wire, please correct me if I am wrong here.

I did check Ohms per above between green and yellow and got 5.5 - 0, in steps as throttle was pressed.

You should also have a purple wire from the throttle to Controller B-.

will check that.

Can we draw any conclusions based on the given LED codes combined with the fact that I tested 5.5 Ohms down to 0 Ohms when throttle pressed?
