Very easy if you’re careful- remove the passenger side wheel, pop out the speed sensor, replace the magnet, and put it back together. It’s a great upgrade.

On the ADC motor it is very easy at the end cap.
On the GE motor you can do it without pulling the motor but it would benefit to pull and clean it.
The magnet is easier to remove and replace with the armature removed.
In the end you will have a clean and inspected motor.
Here is the magnet on the GE motor.
If you replace the bearing, when you pull it it will pull the magnet off.
If not you can pry the magnet off and tap in the new one carefully.
Only tap on inner sleeve with a proper fit socket.
