Welcome to BGW!
I always recommend our sponsors but did a few searches through their sites and found nothing.
The axle ratio that you likely have is 12.44:1 and to make this into a rock crawler you need a higher ratio.
The one I found was 15:1 at
http://www.golfcarcatalog.com/catalo...d=1424&id=4286
If any of the sponsors have something like this, now's the time to pipe in.

Perhaps you could call or email the supplier and find out if the differentials are the same.

Is traction motor perpendicular or parallel to the axle?

Wring diagrams for your cart should be the second and third diagrams down on the sticky:

Don't think you'll find any gears. Maybe find a newer complete axle and replace it. Kind of expensive since motor has to change as well. Not all bad news, here's your wiring.

I Thank You Very Much For The Wiring Diagram.
